ROAST LIKE A PRO
This course will guide you in the many aspects involved from planning a roast, to creating roast profiles, to data logging, to understanding various types of coffee roasters and how to best use your roaster to improve your skills and serve amazing coffees.
All within the framework of the Specialty Coffee Association for Foundations certification with the Coffee Skills Program.
This course includes exercises and learning goals, but does NOT require a practical exam for SCA certification.
Since Covid-19, the SCA has allowed online theory exams alone to be sufficient for Foundation level SCA certifications.
